There are two options to reach the  hotel:

FROM TERMINI RAILWAY STATION: Take the bus n. 910 to Piazza Mancini (terminal) and then take the bus n. 911 up to the bus stop of the Hotel Villa Maria Regina in Via della Camilluccia, 687.

FROM VATICANO: Take the bus n. 32 to Piazza Risorgimento and alight after the bridge in front of the Olympic stadium. From there take the bus n. 911 up to the bus stop of the Hotel Villa Maria Regina in Via della Camilluccia, 687. From Laterano: take the bus n. 117 to Piazza del Popolo, alight and walk up to Piazzale Flaminio, then take the tram n. 2 to Piazza Mancini. From there take the bus n. 911 up to the bus stop of the Hotel Villa Maria Regina in Via della Camilluccia, 687.
