Six Nations 2012 - Olympic Stadium

On Saturday,  the 17 th of March, Italy will play against England on the second match day, the very last one of the entire game. After eleven years, the oldest and well known international rugby match, will be moved from Flaminio Stadium to the most important Italian sport stage, the Olympic stadium. The event has been possible thanks to CONI  President  Gianni  Petrucci  and the mayor  of Rome, Gianni  Alemanno, who have done their best to organize the next RBS 6 nations  tournament at the Olympic Stadium. The FIR President Giancarlo Dondi declared : as a stage of the Italian rugby, the  Olympic Stadium will represent  a very enthusiastic  challenge for 2012.
